Our history
Wine has been made at Weingut Bullmann in Ratsch an der Weinstraße since 1877. What began as a small farm is today a family winery that naturally combines tradition with modern cellar technology.
Site & grapes
Our vineyards lie on the steep slopes of Southern Styria – a terroir of Opok marl and limestone that gives our wines their distinctive minerality and freshness. Sauvignon Blanc, Morillon (Chardonnay), Muscat, Welschriesling and Traminer find ideal conditions here.
In the cellar
Hand-harvesting, gentle pressing and careful maturation in stainless steel or wood – depending on grape and vintage. The result: elegant, long-lived wines that taste of their origin.
