§ 1 Scope and contracting party
These terms apply to all orders placed via www.bullmann.at. The provider is Weingut Bullmann, Dr. Gerald Brandstätter, Ratsch 79, A-8461 Ehrenhausen an der Weinstraße, weingut@bullmann.at. The contract language is German.
§ 2 Conclusion of contract
The presentation of products is not a binding offer. By clicking the order button you submit a binding offer. The contract is concluded with our order confirmation or the dispatch of the goods.
§ 3 Prices and shipping costs
All prices are final prices incl. VAT in euros. Shipping costs are shown separately during checkout and depend on weight and delivery zone. Collection from the estate is free of charge.
§ 4 Delivery
Delivery is made by Austrian Post or a parcel service. Unless stated otherwise, within approx. 2–7 working days (for prepayment from receipt of payment).
§ 5 Payment
Payment by bank transfer, credit card (Stripe), prepayment or cash on collection. Invoice amounts are due within 14 days without deduction.
§ 6 Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
§ 7 Protection of minors
The sale of alcoholic beverages to persons under 18 is prohibited. By ordering you confirm that you are of legal age; we may request proof of age on handover.
§ 8 Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details can be found in our cancellation policy.
§ 9 Warranty & liability
Statutory warranty provisions apply. As wine is a natural product, variety-typical variations are not defects. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations.
§ 10 Online dispute resolution & law
EU ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/odr. Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
