Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you (other than the carrier) takes possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal you must inform us (Weingut Bullmann, Dr. Gerald Brandstätter, Ratsch 79, A-8461 Ehrenhausen an der Weinstraße, weingut@bullmann.at) by means of a clear statement of your decision to withdraw. Sending the notification before the deadline is sufficient.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from a more expensive delivery method you chose), without undue delay and within fourteen days. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of return.
You must return the goods without undue delay and within fourteen days. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are liable for any diminished value of the goods only if it results from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature and properties.
